I have a passion for all things slow-made and one-of-a-kind. As a home decor enthusiast, fabric devotee, and lover of beautiful lighting, I believe the right accessory can transform a space and make a home truly sing. What began as a personal pursuit has become a joyful practice of designing for others.
I was raised on a farm in Indiana with my parents and two younger sisters. Like many little girls, horses were my first love. I had a happy, spirited childhood, filled with farmyard adventures and plenty of mischief. My mom’s creativity and entrepreneurial drive left a lasting impression on me, and I credit her with instilling my independent spirit and eye for personal style. From my dad, I inherited a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for building things with care—lessons learned while working side by side on countless farm projects.
Those early roots also shaped my passion for community engagement and social impact. I spent many years volunteering with local nonprofits and eventually turned that passion into a career. For the past decade, I’ve worked in the philanthropic sector, helping foundations direct their charitable dollars to causes that make a meaningful difference.
