Order Process

Your order request will be reviewed, and once approved, an invoice will be emailed to you to complete your purchase.

Send your fabric using the prepaid shipping label, which will be delivered to your email.

Fabric Selection

Lightweight cotton or silk fabrics work the best for pleats with a more gathered appearance. This style of fabric is strongly recommended for best results. Fabrics that are more medium weight, like thicker cotton or linen, are better suited to larger, more structured looking pleats. Highly textured fabrics like velvet are not recommended. All fabric creates a unique pleat, and Hill Haus cannot guarantee that your fabric selection can or will take on a specific pleated appearance.

Sizing Guide

Before You Order:

  • Lampshade sizing is based on the bottom diameter and listed in the format: Top x Bottom x Height.
  • As a general rule, the shade should be twice as wide as the widest part of the lamp base, and the shade’s height should be about two-thirds the height of the base.
  • The shade should ideally cover most or all of the lamp’s neck for a well-balanced look.
  • If the proportions feel off, try switching to a taller or shorter harp—a quick and inexpensive way to fine-tune the shade’s height.
